AnyPS5 is a GitHub project by boykopovar for automatic porting of PS5 executables to Linux and Windows. Its relinker converts executables to the target system’s native format. Implementations of system PRX libraries provide dynamic linking, so the project does not depend on an emulator or a separate runtime process.
The README reports the share of functions declared in core/libs/prx that the project knows. That share does not cover every PS5 system function, and the reference set grows as the project adds declarations. Dreaming Sarah is listed as verified at a stable 60 fps on a GTX 1050 Ti with an i5-7500 running at 3.4GHz.
Unsupported or unexpected states raise std::runtime_error. The process prints what() to stderr and then terminates. The shader recompiler produces SPIR-V, with validation through Spirv-Tools when the project is built with ANYPS5_ENABLE_SPIRV_TOOLS. SDL-mapped controllers support analog sticks and triggers. Keyboard and mouse controls can be configured through anyps5-input.ini. The compatibility list records tested games and known issues.
AnyPS5 is released under the GNU General Public License version 2 only. The project is intended for interoperability and research. It does not include, distribute, or require copyrighted software, firmware, cryptographic keys, or proprietary libraries. Users are responsible for complying with applicable laws and license terms.
