Voting closes on 2026-09-29 at 11:14:40 UTC. Tim Düsterhus voted against the proposal. He questioned whether changes made after his feedback qualified as major or minor under the cooldown process. A posted message described those changes as planned without confirming edits to the RFC text itself. He did not review the RFC again before the vote, and his voting intent expired. He also objected to the proposal's untyped constants and pointed to enums as an alternative. He said he lacked time for a detailed review.
