The Laravel team has tagged version 13.24.0 of the framework. The release mixes a handful of new features with numerous fixes and internal refactorings.

New capabilities include a modelKeys() method on the Eloquent query builder, a new array_keys validation rule, dominant color detection for the image driver, and support for HEIC images plus additional AVIF variants. A NumberPrompt fallback was added for console prompts.

Testing and queueing behavior improved in several places: QueueFake and FailoverQueue now respect job delays during bulk pushes, batch testing fakes use immutable timestamps, and TestResponse::decodeResponseJson() is memoized. A fix prevents validation from stalling for minutes on very large arrays, and Validator::validateDistinct() no longer throws a TypeError.

Routing and database work covers avoided rebuilds of every cached route during CompiledRouteCollection lookups, escaping of single quotes in Postgres JSON path attributes, preserved relation constraints during noConstraints, fixed appended accessors receiving null in toArray(), and consistent guarded-attribute behavior on Pivot models.

Various PHP 8.5 null index/array offset deprecations were resolved, including spots in Relation::getMorphedModel() and LazyCollection::keyBy. Other fixes touch Arr::forget() removing the wrong element, multibyte case-insensitive matching in Str::replace and Str::remove, PendingProcess losing falsy command strings, pagination edge cases, circular alias detection in the Container, and adjusted URL validation logic. The release also contains many internal code-quality refactorings contributed by 24 contributors.
