Laravel 12.65.0 lands with four targeted fixes
Laravel Framework v12.65.0 ships four fixes: deprecation logging no longer triggers fatal errors, Factory::insert() handles a count of zero, schedule:list converts timezones correctly for range, step and wildcard cron expressions, and getMigrationBatches gets a corrected return type annotation.
Laravel Framework v12.65.0 is out as a maintenance release on the 12.x branch, bundling four community-contributed fixes.
GrahamCampbell hardened the deprecation logging path so that a failure while logging deprecations no longer escalates into a fatal error (#60907). alies-dev fixed Factory::insert() so it behaves correctly when called with a count of zero (#60911).
xiCO2k corrected the timezone conversion in the schedule:list command, which previously produced wrong results for cron expressions using ranges, steps or wildcards (#60913). Finally, wouterj fixed the return type annotation of getMigrationBatches (#60973), which matters for static analysis and IDE tooling.
The release was tagged on 5 August via GitHub Actions and is available on GitHub at laravel/framework.
