The submitter joked the rating is not just through the roof but out of the div entirely.

Finally, Richard H. received a supposed QuickBooks payment reminder that failed to render its mail-merge placeholder, addressing him about unpaid invoice number "{{rand_invoice}" — making it hard to tell a broken template from a phishing attempt. A fifth entry from B.J. H. shows a status page insisting everything is normal in a way that inspires anything but confidence.
